Golf Driving Range
at Moor Allerton Golf Club
Grass Hitting Area
Nothing quite matches that feeling of the golf ball, club and turf interacting during a golf shot. The feedback received when golfers practice on grass simply cannot be achieved on a driving range. With two separate hitting areas on offer, complemented by multiple targets, golfers can be assured of a superb environment to hone their game.
Not only does the golf range possess targets, it also boasts a superbly cut green with surrounding bunkers so practice can be made more “game like” as a golfer can bridge the gap from practice to golf course by actually visualising shots, from grass onto a green with accompanying flag. Practice every shot you can imagine!!
The golf academy also has a fantastic teaching bay, dedicated to offering patrons the very best teaching experience to help improve their game. With synthetic turf throughout the teaching bay, golfers get the feeling more of an “on course” experience compared to a driving range.
Sheltered from the elements, the teaching bay means that golfers can continue with golf lessons all year round.
